With the end of summer, a new cultural season commences with fantastic concerts and exhibitions:
Exhibition: Jiří Kolář, 25 September 2014 - 31 January 2015
The major art event of the autumn months is the exhibition dedicated to the 100th birth anniversary of Jiří Kolář, one of the world’s most respected collage artists.
Exhibition: This Place, 24 October 2014 - 2 March 2015
A world premiere of a vast and ambitious project created over a period of four years, THIS PLACE explores the complexity of Israel and the West Bank, as place and metaphor, through the eyes of twelve internationally acclaimed photographers.
Exhibition: Aristocratic Legacies 75 Years Later
The exhibition held at the Mladota House in the Prague Castle complex presents the initiatives of the Czech nobility during 1938-1939, when the country was threatened by Nazi Germany.
Concert: Sara Mignardo/Collegium 1704 at the Rudolfinum
The unmistakeable velvety alto of Italian diva Sara Mignardo truly speaks to the depth of the human soul. Her Prague recital will be accompanied by the renowned Collegium 1704 ensemble which ranks among top European orchestras dedicated to Baroque music.
